Judge Denies Roberts Request

An Oklahoma judge has refused to allow Richard Roberts’ wife to be removed from a wrongful termination lawsuit. Lindsay Roberts and her husband, who once served as president of Oral Roberts University, are accused of misspending school funds in a lawsuit. Former professors Tim and Paulita Brooker allege they were forced to leave ORU after detailing problems with the Roberts family in a report.
