SEMINARY GENDER SUIT

A Texas judge has thrown out a lawsuit against Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary filed by a professor who taught Hebrew. Sheri Klouda says she was fired because of her gender. The judge decided the case was a religious matter and he had no jurisdiction. She may appeal. She now teaches at Taylor University in Indiana.
