Prosecutors in Pennsylvania says a church treasurer stole more than $1 million. Barry Herr of Lancaster worked for the central office of the region's Evangelical Lutheran Churches. That’s more than 250 congregations. Police say he used the money given over the last 17 years for overseas missionary work to buy collectable cars.
