Chip Maker Sued Over Christmas Trees
A Utah truck driver is suing Frito-Lay. Richard Cleaveland of West Valley City says he was punished for refusing to deliver Christmas trees. Cleaveland says he was uncomfortable because of his Jewish faith and was put on difficult shifts and given less responsibility. Frito-Lay hasn’t commented yet.
