Challenging the IRS

Gus Booth is challenging the IRS. The Minnesota pastor told his Warroad Community Church congregation not to vote for Barack Obama from the pulpit – a violation of rules for tax-exempt churches. Booth then wrote a letter to the agency explaining what he did and challenging agents to investigate him.
