Lawsuit Over MySpace Lesbian Post

An appeals court has thrown out a lawsuit against California Lutheran High School in Wildomar, California. The court decided that the school is private business and upheld a ruling against two students who had filed suit. They were expelled over an alleged lesbian relationship which was exposed on MySpace by another student in 2005. The school is affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Synod.
