Wyoming: A committee voted down a proposal requiring women to view an ultrasound.
Nine states are considering laws that would require doctors to give women the option of seeing the ultrasound. Among them: Virginia, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, New York, South Carolina, and Nebraska.
