The Supreme Court has decided not to review a Ten Commandments case out of Oklahoma. It involved a monument on the lawn outside the county courthouse in Stigler, Oklahoma. That lets stand an appeals court ruling that will remove the display from public property. A local pastor put the monument up in 2004 and the ACLU challenged it in court. Nine states had asked justices to hear the Haskell County appeal.
