Hutcherson says the board of directors wanted to take a less divisive direction. Dobson is starting a new radio venture with his son, though he admitted during a Focus on the Family broadcast in November that he was asked to resign for reasons he didn't fully understand. The ministry denies Hutcherson's charges and says it gave a million dollars to help Dobson to start his new show.
