Court Ruling on Bible

An appeals court says a Philadelphia mother cannot use a Bible at show and tell. Donna Kay Busch wanted to read some passages to her son’s kindergarten class because it was a his favorite book. The school allowed Wesley Busch to talk about a poster that included references to his church. The 2-1 split decision uphelds a lower court decision.
