Commandments Ruling
A Ten Commandments monument outside an Oklahoma courthouse is an endorsement of religion and must go. That’s the decision of a federal appeals court in Denver. Even though the Haskell County monument is part of a historical display, it still is an a religious expression, according to the appeals court. That overturns a judge’s decision that would have allowed the monument to stay.
