Graham: No Olympic Evangelism

Franklin Graham says he’s against conducting evangelism during the Beijing Olympics this summer. Graham says because proselytizing is prohibited under Chinese law, he does not encourage anything illegal. The evangelist toured mainland China this past week and pet with government officials. He also spoke to nearly 12,000 people at a Chinese megachurch. Bob Fu, president of China Aid Association, says the comment is a “deep offense to the hundreds of house church prisoners and their family members.”
