The number of Christians in sub-Saharan Africa has soared over the past century, from 9% to 63%, according to the Pew foundation. At the same time, the Christian population in Europe has fallen from 95% in 1910 to 76% in 2010. In the Americas, its down from 96% to 86%. Read more
