Former Miss Cali Sues

The former Miss California USA is suing the pageant. Carrie Prejean is accusing officials of telling her to stop talking about God. She created a firestorm with her remarks against gay marriage. They say she was fired for missing scheduled appearances. She says it was because of her comment that marriage should be between a man and a woman.
