Governor Tapped as New Health Secretary

President Barack Obama has named Kansas governor Kathleen Sebelius as his choice for secretary of health and human services. Although the Democratic governor is a Catholic, she supports abortion rights. She has had confrontations in the past with the archbishop of Kansas City.
