Suicide at Crystal Cathedral

A Southern California man shot and killed himself in front of a cross inside of the Crystal Cathedral in Garden Grove yesterday. It’s unclear why he decided to commit suicide at Robert Schuller’s church. Police say he handed a note and his driver’s license to two ushers before shooting himself in the head at the cross. Church officials say he was not a member.
