Fired Over Pregnancy

A former school guidance counselor is suing Christ the King Church in Omaha, Nebraska for firing her. The church let 42-year-old Tracy McGinnis go last year after she disclosed her out of wedlock pregnancy. The suit claims the dismissal was discrimination.
